Service Description

Weight Training is available Monday ~ Friday, 7am - 12pm and 1pm - 7pm and on Saturdays from 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 7pm. Trainees are welcome to book a 1 hour session with Kru Nat via email (krunatmuaythai@gmail.com) or via phone call, text message, or Line message at 080-359-9747. Come learn safe, proper, and effective weight lifting technique!
